JEFFRIES (Nee Hall) On 15th August 2014, peacefully at University Hospital Wales with her family at her side. Susan aged 63 years, of Greenwood Avenue, West Pontnewydd, Cwmbran. Beloved wife of Terry devoted mother of Paul, Richard, Kimberley and Lucy and much loved grandmother. Funeral Friday 29th August, service 3.30pm at the Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to The Royal Gwent Hospital Cardiology Fund. Coloured clothing to be worn please. Further enquiries to Arthur Peake (Funeral Service) Cwmbran. Sue was a fabulous school transport escort and will be sadly missed by all the children from Ysgol Gymraeg Casnewydd. Thoughts and prayers with her family at this sad time. RIP Sue xxx
