HAYES David Evan On 16th December 2014, David, aged 66, peacefully passed away at the Royal Gwent Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Gill, dearly loved Dad of Alexandra, Kathryn and Steven, devoted Grumpy Grandad of Mollie, Lily, Isla, Evan and William. We will always love and remember you. A funeral in memory of David's life will be held at St Basil's Church, Bassaleg on Monday 5th January at 1.00pm followed by Cremation at the Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in memory for the Critical Care Unit, The Royal Gwent Hospital would be appreciated c/o Tovey Bros. 9/11 Cardiff Road Newport NP20 2EH.
