EVANS Peacefully at Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan, Ebbw Vale on the 16th January Leonard Lawson (Len) aged 90 years of Richmond Road, Six Bells, Abertillery. Beloved husband of the late Ann, much loved father of Paul and Catherine, father-in-law of David and the late Karen, cherished grandfather of Matthew, Julia and husband Andrew, great grandfather of Jayden, Chloe and Baby Oliver. Len was the president of Six Bells Bowls Club and was a great character who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 5th February at St Michaels Church, Abertillery at 10.15am prior to cremation at Gwent Crematorium at 11.30am. Family flowers only. Donations are for Sirhowy Ward, Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan, Ebbw Vale and these may be given at the service. Enquiries Tel: Co-operative Funeralcare 01495 212541.
