KELLY (formerly Webb) Suddenly, but peacefully, on 26th January at her home, Julie, aged 54 years, the very dearly loved wife of Chris, devoted mum of Victoria and Matthew, dear mother-in-law of Edward and Rhiannon and treasured gran of Evan and Hugo.
