Funeral Service Tuesday 9th May, 12.30 pm at the Forest of Dean Crematorium. No flowers by request, donations for St. Woolos Hospital may be made payable to Aneurin Bevan Healthboard and sent to Philip Blatchly & Son, London House, 14, Chepstow Road, Caldicot, Mon. NP26 4HY.
