DAVIES Betty (Nee Jones) Formerly Powell On 10th June 2017, Betty May of Fairwater, Cwmbran passed away at the Royal Gwent Hospital, aged 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Edwin, devoted mother of Garry and Tricia, dear mother-in-law of Linda and Mark, dearly loved nan of Stuart, Gavin, Ryan and Scott, Big Nanna of Zayne and Mollie, loved sister of Celia. Funeral Thursday 13th July, service 11.00am at the Gwent Crematorium. Floral tributes may be sent to the Funeral Home. Mum, you were not only my mum, you were my best friend, the daughter I never had, the sister I never had. You have left a massive void. My life will never be the same. I was lucky to have had you for as long as I did, I was lucky that you were my mum and I was lucky that I was with you at the end. You were a good mum and a lovely lady with a marvellous wit and sense of humour. We spent so much time together I will miss so much about you. I will look after our Celia. Until I'm with you, I will never stop loving you. You were my number one. You called me your angel, you are now my angel. Only you can know the depth of my pain. I can't believe I've lost you. I needed you. I didn't want you to leave me. I love you so much. Wait for me on the other side mum. Until then. Love you as always my mudder. Your heartbroken daughter Tricia.
