TURLEY Suddenly on 6th July at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Philip John (Phil) aged 73 years, the very dearly loved dad of Michael, Phillip, Shaun and John-Paul and of daughter-in-law Linda, dear brother of Eileen and brother-in-law of Ken.
