HUGHES Richard Norman On 26th August 2017, Richard Hughes of Newport passed away suddenly, aged 58 years. Adoring father of Sophie, beloved son of Norman and the late Jill, brother of David and Helen, brother-in-law of Kathryn, dearly loved uncle of his nieces and nephews, he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Friday 29th September, service 3.30pm at the Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu may be given in Richard's memory to St David's Foundation and/or Velindre Hospital.
