Cwmbran legal firm QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O’Brien will be holding a pop up shop in the foyer of Barclays Bank by the bus station on September 28 giving visitors the opportunity to get to meet their local legal team.

"We want to change the way the public see the legal profession," said managing partner of the firm, Sam George.

"We want to give everyone the chance to chat to our solicitors and show that we are accessible to the public. Everyone who needs legal advice should feel that they can come and chat with us."

The firm has already run a ‘test’ shop earlier this month on Monday, August 17, which proved to be very successful with bank visitors stopping to talk about the firm’s services and enjoy delicious free cupcakes.

Damian Lines, head of the Private Client Department at QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O’Brien, said: “We have always tried to fit in with the needs and requirements of our clients, for example it is not unusual for us to do home visits when clients are unable to get out of the house. Being seen in public like this breaks down the barriers of what is often perceived as a 'behind closed doors' service.

“The pop up shop will enable us to raise awareness of our central location in Cwmbran. We are the only firm of solicitors in the town centre and we just wanted to put a human and friendly face to the public who are often wary of solicitors.

It was great fun and we met some lovely people.”

For more information, the firm is open 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays and can be contacted on 01633 867000 or via www.qualitysolicitors.com/rlob.
