1. Who are you?

I'm Jen Finch and I work for Everett Tomlin Lloyd and Pratt Solicitors. I've been with the firm for three years. I'm a partner and also head of residential conveyancing

2. How did you get into this line of work?

I took a summer job as a paralegal after I finished university.

3. What sort of properties are you usually involved with?

Houses, commercial premises and farms.

4. What’s in your car CD player at the moment?

Harry Potter audio CD – the kids love it

My family

7. What do you think the property scene in the area is like at the moment and how would you change it if you could?

It is busier than expected for the time of year and following Brexit.

8. Last film you saw and what did you think?

Star Wars Rogue One. I thought it was very good.

9. If you weren’t doing this, what would you be doing?

I’d be a chef and or baker.

10. Who is your hero?

Mary Berry.

11. What one tip would you give someone trying to sell their property?

Use a local estate agent who will have good local knowledge of the area and market.

12. And what one tip would you give someone looking to buy in the area?

Know your property requirements and what you would consider to be 'deal breakers'.

13. If you could sell any property in the world to anyone, what property would it be and who would it be to?
