This spacious, three-bedroom, mid-terraced house in Neath has stone elevations to the front and a garage which is in need of repair. It benefits from UPVC double glazing and gas central heating too. Guide price: £40,000.

Lot 2: 22 Middleton Street, Neath SA11 2NU

This traditional, mid-terrace house with stone and brick elevations to the front has one of the cheapest guide prices at this month’s auction. It is in need of modernisation, but comes with some original features and a spacious rear garden. It is also in a convenient location for Bargoed town centre and train station. Guide price: £18,000.
