Oakwood Theme Park is encouraging younger visitors to explore their family-friendly ‘Neverland’ with a series of weekday special offers.

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays throughout June children aged 3-8 years will be able to enjoy all ‘Neverland’s’ attractions for just £6.70 with a free adult admission with every child (all additional adults £6.70 per person).

The new initiative is aimed at young families, toddler groups, nurseries and primary schools who may have traditionally considered a theme park as being for older children.

“Neverland is the perfect destination for people looking for a great day out for younger children,” said Oakwood Theme Park’s Phil Verbinnen.

“It has been specifically designed to appeal to a wide range of youngsters and having the opportunity to visit it while the main section of the park is not open means there will be less crowds and more time to enjoy all the attractions,” he added.

The Peter Pan-themed ‘Neverland’ spreads across more than three acres and features 10 different rides and attractions.

There’s the ‘Skull Rock’ pirate log flume, the ‘Lost Boys Adventure’,

‘Neverland Chase’, ‘Tink’s Flying School’, ‘Crocodile Coaster’, ‘Jolly Roger’ mini galleon. ‘Hook’s House of Havoc’ soft play and the ‘Sights of London’ taxi ride featuring Big Ben, the Tower of London and Nelson’s Column.

The area also includes a themed café area along with baby-changing facilities.

Other family-friendly attractions include ‘Hook’s House of Havoc’ - a giant pirate-themed indoor soft play and adventure area featuring three slides, assault course, a ball pool, a sports court and separate areas for toddlers and younger children.
