ALLAN Yn Y Fan come to Blackwood Miner’s Institute on Saturday, May 12 as part of a major tour.
The band spent the end of 2011 putting the finishing touches to their latest album, their fourth, entitled Pwnco which has just been released on Steam Pie Records.
Like all of their previous albums, it was recorded at the Abergavenny studio of Dylan Fowler.
Allan Yn Y Fan was the first band to record in his brand new Stiwdio Felin Fach.
The 12 tracks that make up the album include a number of compositions by band members.
Later in 2012 Allan Yn Y Fan is looking forward to short tours to the Czech Republic and Germany, as well as performing at some English festivals.
