BARRY and Stuart, stars of BBC One’s The Magicians are bringing their hit Edinburgh show Barry and Stuart – Show and Tell to Gwent. The Scottish, Bafta-nominated stars bring their highly acclaimed show to the Borough Theatre, Abergavenny on July 13.
The show, crammed full of their distinctive brand of astonishing, gruesome and brilliantly funny illusions, also reveals how it’s done.
Barry and Stuart will exclusively reveal all the secrets behind the magic in this unique two-part show.
With TV shows under their belts including two series of The Magicians, Dirty Tricks, and Derren Brown: 3D Magic Spectacular, Barry and Stuart debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2008 and were an instant smash-hit with critics and audiences.
They have returned every year since, garnering countless five-star reviews and playing to sold-out houses every night. In 2009, they were awarded Best Comedy Illusionists at the World Magic Awards, and were flown to Los Angeles to perform in a one-off show seen by 12 million US viewers.
