KELLY Neil Edward "Ted" On 13th November 2023 aged 86 years. Beloved husband of Yvonne, much loved stepfather to Claire and Johanna, stepfather-in-law to Sean and a very special Grampi to Natasha. Neil will be very sadly missed. Funeral service to take place on Monday 18th December 1.30pm at Gwent Crematorium. Flowers to be sent c/o Tovey Brothers, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.
