THOMAS David George On the 8th of January suddenly at home, David George Thomas, aged 85. Beloved husband of Maureen. Dearly loved father of Samantha, Suzanne, Helena & their partners and dear grandad of Jack and Faye. Much loved stepfather of Karen, Denise, Kevin, Melanie and Kathryn and their partners. Loved and respected by all his 12 step-grandchildren and 9 step-great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all. Funeral will take place at St John's Church Maindee at 12:30pm followed by interment at St Woolos Cemetery at 1:30pm on Thursday 15th February 2024. Family flowers only. Donations if desired may be made payable to Children in Need can be given at the service or sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH.
