FLOODING and emergency repairs on the M4 westbound between Junction 24 (A449 the Coldra) and Junction 25 (A4042/B4596 Caerleon) has closed one lane of the motorway this morning.
As of 8am rush hour traffic is busy but moving, but there is no estimated time as to when the lane will reopen.
