Filthy film in Caerphilly dog poo campaign
CAERPHILLY council has continued its campaign against dog fouling with a hard-hitting and stomach-churning video.
The graphic short film clip highlights the health dangers of dog mess being left in parks, playing fields and other public places.
It forms the latest part of a campaign aimed at stopping owners letting dogs foul in the 122 council- owned play areas.
