Congestion brings M4 misery for morning communters

CONGESTION on the M4 near Newport is currently causing misery for morning commuters.

There are delays westbound from junction 24 (The Coldra) to junction 28 (Tredegar Park) and eastbound from junction 32, near Cardiff, to Newport.
