Free courses for adults on offer at Risca Comprehensive

RISCA Comprehensive School pupils and their family members can learn new skills in a series of free courses.

The school is offering sixweek taster sessions in Spanish, local history, jobseeking skills and practical maths. Classes will run on Thursdays from 5pm until 6pm, starting in April.

Learners aged between 11 and 18 need to come along in pairs and each partner must be froma different generation, for example, son and dad.

They do not have to be a blood relative as long as parents or carers agree.
