SNOW affected some transport services in the Gwent valleys this morning.
Residents in Brynmawr woke to find several inches of snow had fallen over night, which disrupted all Stagecoach bus services apart from Route 45.
Some services were also affected in Blackwood.
Meanwhile in Monmouthshire, where several inches fell on higher ground in Abergavenny, gritters were out throughout the night to ensure roads were clear for motorists.
A spokesman for the council said: "Our crews are probably more used to looking out for Father Christmas than the Easter Bunny when they're out keeping our roads safe.
"But we're prepared whatever the time of year and have enough road salt to cope with whatever esle the winter has to throw as us, although I'm sure we'll also find some time for an Easter egg or two."
