TRAFFIC delays are possible in the area of junction 28 (Tredegar Park) of the M4, following an incident involving three vehicles.
This occurred on the westbound exit slip road of the motorway, which is partially blocked, and traffic is queueing westbound. The incident occurred around 7.40am.
