A man who had breached his licence conditions after being released from prison has been arrested and will be returned to prison custody.
Dennis Alford, 41, from Caerphilly was serving a 6 year one month sentence for possession of drugs with intent to supply after being sentenced at Bristol Crown court on October 31st 2008.
