A SERIES of exhibitions and live shows to celebrate the work of Newport's graduates will take place from May 11 to June 21 across the city.
The Newport Grad Fest 2013, also called 'Newport Newtalent', will feature work by University of South Wales students, formerly the University of Wales, Newport, who have trained in fine art, sound and music, fashion, documentary filmmaking and photography among others.
The first show, 'Creative Sound and Music: The Post Newport Condition' takes place on Saturday [MAY 11] from 10am to 8pm at the City Campus on Usk Way, and is free to enter.
A number of events including a fashion photography exhibition, documentary screening and graduate fashion week will take place in London and Cardiff.
