Delays on M4 due to broken down crane (library pic)
SLOW traffic is reported this morning due to an earlier broken down vehicle on the M4 in Newport.
The delays are on the eastbound stretch between J27 B4591 (Highcross) and J26 A4051 (Malpas Road).
All lanes have been re-opened.
Lane one, the dedicated lane for the A4051 Cwmbran was closed whilst a crane underwent a tyre change.
Cameras show traffic is still slow.
