Accident at Coldra causes M4 delays - library pic
AN ACCIDENT has been moved onto the hard shoulder on the M4 at J24 the Coldra in Newport this afternoon.
Traffic is slowing down in all three lanes on the approach. No delays are showing on cameras and police and traffic officers are on scene.
