A REWARD of up to £5,000 has been offered in the hunt for missing Newbridge man Kyle Vaughan.

Independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers is offering the cash reward for information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person/s responsible for the suspected murder of a man missing in Gwent.

Kyle Vaughan, 24, was last seen on December 30th 2012 when his damaged silver Peugeot 306 was found on the A467 between Risca and Cross Keys.

Known as ‘Jabbers’ to his friends, Mr Vaughan is suspected to have been murdered, with a number of individuals arrested and bailed until later this month.

Crimestoppers is offering this reward of up to £5,000 for information passed to the charity’s 0800 555 111 number that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the suspected murder of Mr Vaughan.

A Crimestoppers spokesman said: “Kyle has been missing for a number of months now and police suspect he has been the victim of murder, which is why we are offering this reward.

“I am appealing to anyone with any information as to who many have committed this crime to contact Crimestoppers anonymously and tell us what you know, not who you are.”

To be eligible for this reward, information must be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. However, information can be passed through our secure online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org or directly to the police, but will not qualify.
