TV CHEF: Scott Davies was pipped in this year's MasterChef
CAERLEON-BORN Scott Davies tonight failed to win the MasterChef crown and was pipped by Steven Edwards.
The 27-year-old former Newport High School Old Boys rugby player says he was “always involved in the kitchen” growing up.
He left Caerleon Comprehensive School when he was 16 and moved to Scotland to attend catering college.
Soon afterwards he started working in the Carnoustie Golf Links kitchens.
