Slow traffic after Newport M4 breakdown
VERY slow traffic is reported due to an earlier broken down vehicle on the M4 eastbound between J28 at Tredegar Park and J27 at Highcross.
Congestion is reported to be stretching back to J29 at A48(M).
All lanes have been re-opened. Lane one on the incline towards Junction 27 was briefly blocked by the breakdown. All restrictions clear as of 5.15pm.
