AN Abergavenny man is facing a 'substantial' prison sentence after being found guilty of multiple child sex offences.
Paul Jones, aged 47, of Old Barn Way, was found guilty of 13 sex offences against children this afternoon at Cardiff Crown Court.
Jones, who had denied the charges, remained impassive as the foreman of the jury told the court he had been found guilty of 13 counts after four and half hours deliberation.
He was remanded and will remain in custody until his sentencing, which was adjourned for a pre sentence report to be drawn up.
Recorder Ian Murphy told Jones: "You must be aware it will be a substantial prison term."
