Matt Cooke, Green Party parliamentary candidate for Torfaen
WALES' Green Party has announced Matt Cooke as its parliamentary candidate for Torfaen.
Mr Cooke said he felt compelled to join the Green Party in response to the "rise of UKIP".
He said: "I also think it is time to see some younger people in politics instead of the hordes of old men in suits who are completely out of touch with the younger generation."
The Wales Green Party will stand more than 30 candidates for the General Election in May next year.
