A WOMAN accused of trying to murder two children appeared in crown court today.
Sadie Jenkins, 27, is charged with trying to kill a 16-month-old baby and a seven-year-old child at a property in Newport, on May 7.
She faces two counts of attempted murder.
The defendant, of no fixed abode, appeared via video link from prison at Cardiff Crown Court this morning.
No pleas were entered at the hearing.
No application for bail was made and she was remanded in custody until the next hearing on December 11.
