Man in court on robbery and weapon charge
A MAN has appeared in court charged with robbery and possession of an offensive weapon after an incident last week.
The 28 year old man from Risca was charged following an incident on Dan y Graig Road, Risca at 8.30pm on Thursday January 22nd.
He appeared in court on Saturday January 24th and has been remanded to next appear at court on February 12th.
Two men aged 42,and 27 and one woman aged 51 who were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary were bailed pending further enquiries.
A man, 26, was found as a result of an arrest warrant and remanded to appear before the courts.
