The car is causing a lane to be blocked and heavy traffic between Meadowland Drive, Rogerstone and the B4591 Chartist Drive.

Traffic is building up on the A467 southbound before junction 28 of the M4 at Newport by Tredegar Park.

Congestion is being reported at junction 26 on the M4 at Newport. Delays are posisble.
