Triumphant Take That failed to mention their troubled former bandmate, Robbie Williams in their acceptance speech last night. The comeback band won Best British Band at the Brit Awards last night.
Instead Gary Barlow thanked the record company, Jason Orange made a moving speech dedicated to his father, Howard Donald wished daughter Lola a happy birthday and Mark Owen wished everyone a happy Valentine's Day. Backstage, the band paid tribute to Williams, saying: "Cheers, Robbie. Thanks a lot."
Take That gave the performance of the night with Patience.
They received a standing ovation as they took to the stage to pick up their best British Single award.
The win capped a triumphant comeback a decade after the boy band split.
After a sell-out tour, they scored a double victory by topping the singles and album chart.
