Woman rescued from under car taken to hospital
A WOMAN was rescued from beneath a car in Newport on Tuesday morning.
Fire service crews from Duffryn and Malpas were called to the scene in Godfrey Road at 10.47am.
Crews used heavy trolley jacks to release the woman.
The woman was taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital by ambulance.
