TORFAEN Local Health Board is one of just four Welsh health bodies to earn a place among the Nursing Times Top 100 employers for 2007.
NHS and independent health bodies are measured against a range of criteria before being considered for inclusion, including personal training and development opportunities, family-friendly policies, flexible working, and equality and diversity among the nursing workforce.
