Crash causes delays on M4 in Newport as drivers slow to look at scene
VERY slow traffic is reported on the M4 in Newport after a crash on the M4 westbound near J28 at Tredegar Park.
Congestion is stretching throught to the the Brynglas Tunnel westbound and to J25 at Caerleon.
Although traffic officers have moved the vehicles onto the hard-shoulder, delays persist as drivers on the opposie side of the road slow down to look at the scene.
One lane was closed just after the entry slip road onto the main carriageway.
