A CRASH between three cars is causing delays on the M4 in Newport just after J29 A48(M).
The cars crashed into the back of eachother on the M4 eastbound after J29 A48(M). One lane was closed just after the entry slip road from the A48M.
The cars have now moved to the hard shoulder.
