Fire at Cwmbran insulation factory
AROUND 24 tonnes of insulation material has been damaged overnight after a fire at Knauf Insulation factory in Croesyceiliog.
Three crews of firefighters were called to the fire, at Pontyfelin Works off of the A4051, at 1.22am last night.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said the blaze was accidentally caused.
Crews, from New Inn, Cwmbran and Malpas, had put the fire out by 3.31am.
