Firefighters verbally abuse at scene of another deliberate fire
ABUSE was hurled at firefighters in Duffryn last night after they attended another deliberate fire in the area.
A South Wales Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said Duffryn fire crews attended their seventh deliberately set fire on Chaffinch Way at 6.51pm yesterday.
They put out the refuse fire but were called at 7.59pm last night to return to Chaffinch Way where there was another deliberate fire.
A SWFRS spokeswoman said a large group of youths hurled abuse at Duffryn crew when they returned to put out the second fire.
