A CAR and a bus have crashed outside Maesglas shops in Newport.
The passengers of the BMW are said to have been travelling back from a funeral when they turned the corner and came into contact with the bus in Cardiff Road.
A man has been taken into the ambulance by paramedics.
A passenger in the car, who did not want to be named, said: “We were on our way back from a funeral so it was a bit of a shock.
"No one is seriously injured thankfully."
Two occupants in the car are being treated for shock but do not have any major injuries.
