AN ACCIDENT on the M4 involving a motorbike has caused six miles of tailbacks on the westbound carriageway between junction 24 Coldra and junction 25 Caerleon.

The queue of traffic is stretching back towards the Magor services at junction 23A, with one lane blocked due to the accident on the western route.

This congestion has created delays at the M4 toll plaza.
