GWENT football fans who have made the trip to Paris for Wales’ last 16 clash with Northern Ireland are being advised to get their extra early.
The Football Association of Wales (FAW) are asking fans to arrive at the Parc des Princes well in advance of the 5pm (GMT) kick-off because of tight security measures at the stadium.
There will be a stricter search process in place at the turnstiles in comparison to what fans may have experienced at the group matches in Bordeaux, Lens and Toulouse.
Bag checks will be in place at the relevant search points and there will also be random checks.
It is recommended that fans using the metro disembark at Porte d’Auteuil station for the easiest access to the turnstiles at the Wales end of the stadium.
