POLICE are still appealing for help locating of a 74-year-old man who has been missing for a week.
Edward Wise, of Beachley, near Chepstow, was last seen on Monday, July 18. It is believed he was heading to the Brecon Beacons or Pembrokeshire.
His disappearance has been described as "out of character" by police.
Mr Wise left home in his blue Nissan Note, with the registration number NM08 LPV. He is described as white, six foot tall, of a large build, with short, dark brown hair and a beard.
A Gloucestershire Police spokesman said: “He likes walking and may have been heading to the Brecon Beacons or Pembrokeshire in the Dyfed Powys Police area.
“Anyone who sees Mr Wise should call 101 straight away, or 999 if appropriate, and quote incident 330 of July 20.”
