POLICE are appealing for information to identify a moped rider, following reports of ‘erratic driving’ in Newport.
The driver (pictured) was spotted performing wheelie on the A4810 Spytty Road near to the A48 roundabout at around 2:30pm on October 27.
The index of the bike is YR52 YOL and if you have any information call police on 101 quoting log: 472 27/10/2016.
