BREAKING: Crash between tanker and car leads to traffic queues on the M4
UPDATE: Both lanes are no longer blocked and traffic appears to be moving again.

TWO lanes are blocked and traffic queues are expected after a crash between a tanker and a car happened on the M4.
The incident happened at around 6.10pm before Junction 25 and the A4042.
There is currently congestion leading to Junction 27 and the B4591.
