Crash on M4 at the Coldra causes delays
UPDATE 9.11am: Traffic remains heavy on the M4 eastbound, particularly between junctions 29 (A48M) and 26 (Malpas).
UPDATE 8.16am: All lanes have now reopened following the earlier accident, but traffic remains heavy eastbound before junction 24.
ONE lane is blocked and there is heavy traffic on the M4 eastbound before junction 24 (Coldra) because of an accident involving two vehicles.
Heavy traffic is reported back as far as junction 28 (Tredegar Park).
