Lane closure on M4 Westbound after car hits central reservation
UPDATE: 10.30am
The accident is now on the hard shoulder and all lanes have been re-opened.
Congestion still continues to the J28, A48 (Tredegar Park).

LANE closures are affecting drivers this morning following a crash on the M4 Newport Eastbound.
The accident, which involved a car hitting the central reservation, is affecting traffic between J24 for A48 Newport (Coldra) and J25 for A4042, (Caerleon).
One lane is closed and slow traffic is moving on the M4 St Julians Hill.
