GWENT Police are appealing for information to locate 27-year-old Cordell Roberts who has breached his licence conditions after being released from HMP Cardiff on December 1, 2015.
A spokeswoman for Gwent Police said: "Cordell Roberts, who is from Newport, was serving a four year sentence for possession of drugs with intent to supply.
"Due to the fact he has breached his licence conditions, he is being recalled to prison.
"If you have any information relating to the whereabouts of Cordell Roberts please call 101 quoting log 303 23/04/17 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
